Customer Service Representative

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative for a Temp to Hire position with our client located in Bensenville, IL! This is a Full Time - 100% onsite in Bensenville, IL! This role is paying up to $21.00 per hour depending on experience. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional service and support. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive experience for all customers. This position requires strong communication skills and a commitment to client satisfaction. Must have longevity in your work history!

Duties

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
• Provide accurate information regarding products and services.
• Assist customers with order placements, modifications, and cancellations.
• Resolve customer complaints in a professional manner.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Perform data entry tasks to update customer information in the database.
• Conduct outbound calls for follow-ups or promotional offers as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to improve service processes and enhance customer satisfaction.

Skills

• Strong client services experience with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Previous customer service experience is required.
• A "Can Do" attitude will go a long way and be rewarded in our environment.
• Proficient in office software applications for data entry and documentation.
• Excellent phone etiquette with clear communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Positive and professional demeanor
• Excel skills required
• Solid Work History a Must!
