Snelling Staffing is hiring for an experienced Shipping and Receiving worker for a company based in Canton, OH!

Pay Rate is $22 per hour

Paid Weekly

Job Overview :

As a Shipping and Receiving Clerk you will play a crucial role in the distribution center operations. This position involves handling various tasks related to shipping, receiving, and maintaining warehouse operations efficiently.

Responsibilities :

  • Utilize pallet jacks and RF scanners to manage stock movements within the warehouse
  • Perform order picking, packing, and shipping of products accurately
  • Receive incoming shipments, inspect for damages, and ensure correct quantities
  • Keep the warehouse organized and clean to ensure a safe working environment
  • Assist in loading and unloading trucks using proper equipment such as pallet jacks

Qualifications :

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in a distribution center or warehouse setting preferred
  • Familiarity with basic math for inventory counting and order verification
  • Ability to operate a pallet jack safely
  • Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate order processing
  • Knowledge of order picking processes and procedures
  • Physical ability to lift and move packages up to 50 lbs
