Senior Accountant Financial Reporting

SNI Financial has partnered with a leading health care company in search of a Senior Financial Reporting Accountant to support the preparation of quarterly and annual SEC filings while ensuring compliance with U.S. GAAP and SEC reporting standards. This role also involves stock compensation accounting, variance analysis, and internal controls compliance under SOX.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare SEC filings, including 10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, and Proxy statements.
• Ensure financial statement accuracy and compliance with reporting standards.
• Review XBRL tagging and maintain SEC disclosure checklists.
• Support financial reporting with earnings per share calculations and other key schedules.
• Manage share-based compensation accounting and month-end close processes.
• Assist with internal controls documentation and SOX compliance.
• Participate in ad-hoc projects as needed.

Qualifications:

• CPA required
• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance from an accredited college or university
• 3 years of accounting experience including public accounting experience
