JOB DESCRIPTION
HR Manager/Generalist
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum 3-5 years of Human Resources Experience
- Experience handling employee benefits, quarterly enrollments, 401k plans and etc.
- Experience onboarding new hires and completing background checks
- Prior payroll experience and working with ADP would be a plus
- Candidates must be bilingual (Spanish)
- Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent work experience
