What are the responsibilities and job description for the IT Support Specialist position at SNI Technology?
SNI Technology has been retained to assist in filling an IT Support Technician role for a client in Tulsa, OK. This is short term week long contract/project.
Targeting Hourly Rate: $25/hr.-$35/hr.
Schedule: Onsite during normal business hours Monday-Friday.
Requirements: Must be able to pass a Background Check and have a drivers license/reliable transportation.

Job Duties:
- Imaging clients laptops - experience with Windows Autopilot/Microsoft Intune needed.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues related to desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals.
- Install, configure, and update software applications as required.
- Document all support interactions, including the nature of the problem and the resolution, in the ticketing system.
- Assist with the setup and configuration of new hardware and software for end-users
Salary : $25 - $35
