Job Overview:
Snipps Men's Lounge is a High-End Men's Barbershop and we are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Client Services Coordinator. As the Client Services Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of guest services, ensuring excellent customer service, and managing the checkout process.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise guest services, scheduling, ordering products, selling products and memberships, taking and fulfilling drink orders for our clients, offering WORLD RENOWNED CUSTOMER SERVICE.
- Ensure efficient and accurate checkout process for customers
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues or complaints
- Monitor and maintain adequate stock levels
- Implement and enforce company policies and procedures
- Collaborate with other department managers to ensure smooth store operations
Experience:
- Previous experience in a high level customer service environment
- Strong knowledge of guest services, point of sales transactions, customer service, and sales
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and drive revenue growth
