🏓 What You’ll Do
🎾 Teach & Inspire – Provide high-quality private and group instruction for adults and juniors, from beginners to advanced players.
📅 Run Programs & Clinics – Organize drop-ins, in-house leagues, socials, junior programs, and special events.
📣 Promote the Game – Spark excitement and engagement across the club’s pickleball community.
🛠️ Maintain the Courts – Ensure courts are safe, clean, and ready for action every day.
🎉 Support Events – Help set up and execute racquet sports tournaments and club programming.
📞 Assist in the Pro Shop – Answer phones, book courts and lessons, invoice members, and provide top-tier guest service.
📣 Collaborate with Leadership – Work closely with the Director of Pickleball and Director of Racquet Sports to deliver exceptional member experiences.
Qualifications
🎯 What We’re Looking For
✔ 2–3 years of competitive playing or pickleball supervisory experience
✔ 1 year of teaching or junior program leadership experience
✔ Strong teaching and communication skills with all age groups
✔ A passion for community building and mentorship
✔ Knowledge of court upkeep and safety best practices
✔ College degree preferred but not required
💪 Physical Demands & Work Environment
🔹 Ability to manage swing speed safely when teaching new players
🔹 Comfortable with long hours outdoors in a range of weather conditions
🔹 Frequent movement, including running, bending, and lifting (up to 50 lbs.)
🔹 Use of handheld tools and light machinery may be required
