Key Responsibilities
We are seeking a Lead Autism Specialist to join our interdisciplinary team at Soar Autism Center. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled professional to work with children aged 2-6 in a center-based setting.
About the Role:
- Develop and deliver individualized therapy plans based on the Early Start Denver Model.
- Collaborate with clinical teams to conduct assessments and develop treatment strategies.
- Implement evidence-based practices to support child development and progress.
- Oversee a team of about 7-8 clients, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Conduct standardized assessments and refine treatment plans based on progress.
Requirements:
- Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, or a related field.
- Current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
- Experience in ABA early intervention settings.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
