Job Title: Finance Coordinator
As a Finance Coordinator, you will play a vital role in our finance team, contributing to essential functions across accounts payable, payroll, and accounts receivable.
Essential Functions:
Accounts Payable:
Invoice Management:
Your role will involve managing invoice approvals and processing them efficiently. You’ll handle the entire workflow from receiving invoices to recording them in the system.
Vendor Relationships:
Weekly Payment Runs:
Employee Expense Reimbursements:
In this role, you will also handle employee expense reimbursements, ensuring that all claims are processed in a timely manner and in compliance with company policies.
New Vendor Onboarding:
You’ll be responsible for onboarding new vendors, ensuring that all necessary documentation is completed and that vendors are set up in the system correctly.
Annual Audit Support:
Assisting with the annual audit process is a crucial part of this role. You’ll ensure that all financial records related to accounts payable are accurate and readily available for audit review.
Accounts Receivable:
Ensuring timely collections is critical. You’ll follow up on outstanding invoices and work with customers to resolve any payment issues.

Payroll:
Payroll Processing:
A major component of your role is ensuring accurate payroll processing, particularly during high season when the volume of work increases. This includes managing payroll for all employees and ensuring timely compensation.
Tax Compliance:
Ensuring payroll tax compliance and reporting is a key responsibility. You’ll manage tax-related processes and ensure that all filings are completed accurately and on time
Qualifications
Educational Background:
A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
Experience:
3-5 years of experience in finance or accounting roles, with a strong focus on accounts payable, payroll, and accounts receivable. Experience in managing financial operations during high seasons or periods of increased activity is highly desirable
Technical Proficiency:
Proficiency in using financial and accounting software (NetSuite a plus), including Google Suite, Microsoft Office (particularly Excel), CRM systems (Salesforce a plus), and other relevant tools. Ability to maintain accurate records and manage documentation efficiently.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
