V.P. of SALES AND MARKETING
Sobieski Enterprises, Inc. in Newark, DE is seeking a qualified V.P. of Sales and Marketing who possesses their own independent sales skills as well as leadership skills needed to motivate a team of driven sales representatives. The ideal sales candidate has deep experience with the entire sales and business growth process, excelling at sales forecasting, creating sales strategies, and relationship building. This role will partner with senior leadership across the company to oversee and lead sales representatives in the achievement of revenue and sales goals. We're looking for a quick learner with a successful track record, who can inspire the same performance in others. SALES MANAGER QUALIFICATIONS
- Associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
- 10 years of Sales experience required. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Experience managing sales teams using focused sales metrics.
- Experience in HVAC, plumbing or fire suppression company a plus but not required.
- Experience with the Microsoft Office Suite and the latest sales applications. Experience with Dynamics
- CRM, ServMan, or another CRM application a plus.
