Top-Tier Bank in Midtown, Manhattan is seeking a Project Finance Associate (Jr. Portfolio Associate) for a full-time position!
Responsibilities:
- Assisting the Head of the Team and Portfolio Manager in managing the existing loan portfolio
- Ensuring compliance, risk management, and internal controls
- Perform Know Your Customer (KYC) due diligence in compliance with bank requirements
- Function as a deal-closing coordinator and prepare necessary paperwork
- Assist relationship managers in credit analysis tasks
- Prepare KYC reviews and reports
- Assist portfolio manager in portfolio-level monitoring
- Assisting with Post Disbursement Management
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Prior banking experience or credit trained candidates are ideal
- 1-5 years experience with Project Finance
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Salary : $75,000 - $125,000
