What are the responsibilities and job description for the Adminstrative Coordinator position at SOCO Construction Company?
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & BASIC DUTIES:
- Undertake the tasks of receiving high volume calls, take messages and routing correspondence
- Greet all visitors to the office and notify staff members of their arrival
- Proofread, distribute and file Executive team correspondence.
- Miscellaneous duties include receptionist support, fax and copy machine maintenance (fill with paper, distribute faxes, replace toner, etc.), and assisting with company sponsored events as requested.
- Duties may change from time to time at the employer’s discretion.
- Act as the point of contact between the executives and internal/external clients
- Prepare shipping packages for Fedex
- Handle requests and queries appropriately
- Arrange meetings and appointments and provide reminders
- Monitor office supplies and research advantageous deals or suppliers
- Produce resumes through staff interviews
- Organize Company events and travel- booking and confirmation of vendors, monitor responses

- Qualifications:
Required Knowledge: Knowledge of related computer applications (Excel, Word, etc.)
Skills/Abilities: Good typing skills and ability to use computer applications and telephone, attentive to detail, accurate and well organized, Cooperative and willing to assist others and work in a team environment, Ability to communicate both verbally and in writing in a professional manner
