Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated, customer service-oriented salesperson to join our team. The ideal candidate will exhibit positive customer engagement through effective communication and product knowledge. Proficiency in Spanish is a plus but optional. Product training available.
Duties
- Provide a knowledgeable and helpful experience for our customers through exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Help customers determine products needed.
- Help customers problem solve.
- Analyze customer feedback and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Perform heavy lifting as required (up to 50 pounds), always adhering to safety protocols.
Requirements
- An eagerness to learn and gain in-depth knowledge of pool supplies, water chemistry, pool equipment, and water treatment systems and supplies for water softeners and reverse osmosis systems.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and customer engagement.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; proficiency in Spanish is highly desirable but not required.
- Basic computer skills
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; experience as a delivery driver or courier is a plus.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds) and engage in physical activity throughout the shift.
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic that is honest and trustworthy.
