About Us:
Sofive is a leading soccer center operator dedicated to providing a world-class playing experience at our modern, state-of-the-art indoor facilities. With multiple small-sided soccer fields, we create a vibrant and community-driven atmosphere for players of all levels.
We are currently seeking Part-Time Maintenance Technicians to join our team and help ensure the upkeep and cleanliness of our premier indoor soccer facilities.
Responsibilities:
- Perform daily field and grounds maintenance to preserve the quality and cleanliness of the facility.
- Open and secure fields according to management and front desk directives.
- Carry out various physical tasks such as lifting, carrying, climbing ladders, and facility inspections.
- Promptly communicate any emergencies or disturbances to the front desk team.
- Assist with routine maintenance tasks including emptying trash cans, sweeping fields, and minor repairs.
- Act as a liaison between guests and front desk for payment resolution and customer service support.
- Identify and report any maintenance or safety issues to management immediately.
- Respond quickly and appropriately to emergency situations.
- Complete other related tasks as assigned, including cross-training and general facility cleaning duties.
Skills & Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Ability to read and follow written instructions and safety guidelines.
- Excellent time management and professionalism.
- Strong guest service skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical duties as needed.
- Dependable, punctual, and proactive.
