Shift : Monday to Friday 7am to 3pm

Position created to cover a leave of absence, could be extended.

Responsibilities :

• Maintains max and mins for spare parts,
• Process purchases for both system and manual requisitions,
• Responsible for all spare part cycle counts, which including consignment inventory,
• Responsible for goods received no invoice (GRNI),
• Open purchase orders and passed due purchase orders,
• Responsible for creating new vendors,
• Save costs through COUPA,
• Run inventory quality management (IQM),
• Responsible for janitorial contractors,
• Responsible for waste management purchase orders and invoices
