What are the responsibilities and job description for the Machine Operator (Transportation and Material Moving) position at Software Galaxy Systems, LLC?
Shift hours - : M-F. 6am to 2 : 30pm
2nd shift hours from 2 : 00pm to 10 : 30pm
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The incumbent may be asked to perform other function-related activities in addition to the below mentioned responsibilities as reasonably required by business needs.
- Weighs, measures, and verifies raw materials and parts.
- Perform manual manufacturing tasks.
- Assists in operating basic to fully automated filling equipment.
- Uses basic laboratory equipment : scales, balances, pipettes, luminometers, etc.
- Follow and foster a safe work environment.
- Maintain accurate and complete training record.
- Understand and execute written procedures, manufacturing records, and logs.
- Housekeeping and cleaning of manufacturing laboratory / area.
- Assists with material handling, stocking of lab, and assigned daily lab responsibilities.
