Emphases for the Enterprise Program Manager candidate will be a Project Lead to manage daily activities of a team responsible associated with new Financial and Administrative Applications efforts, overall tracking of those efforts, existing enhancements, defects, and bug fixes.
Responsibilities
- Work with IT Leadership and Finance and Operations to confirm priorities, make adjustments as needed, identify gaps, assist with developing and maintaining roadmap
- Assist program areas with resolving any reported issues.
- Adhere to industry best standards, State Security and IT policies and standards
- Work with IT Leadership and provide technical support on the project
- Ensure Business Requirements are defined and tracked
- Ensure technical requirements and work breakdown support business requirements.
- Work with team and stakeholder to identify gaps.
- Follow and ensure IT Change Management process for system production changes.
- Monitor activities and user stories in Microsoft DevOps
- Hold one-on-one meetings bi-weekly with assigned Team Members
- Hold weekly meetings with support team and / or frequency required.
- Attend various supporting project meetings to include technical sessions, product configuration review, backlog prioritization, vendor standing meetings.
- Report daily stats
- Confirm system aligns with organizational strategic business objectives.
- Requires mastery technical and business knowledge in multiple disciplines / processes.
- Create and provide updates to upper management.
- Review and work with team to ensure supporting system documentation and training materials is created and maintained.
- Work in a collaborative effort to conceptualize total systems and / or product solutions currently in place.
- Ability to plan, organize, review, implement associated project milestones to completion.
- Assist with development of policies and procedures to conform and comply with agency standard cyber security policy design related to information risk management, designation of data as to criticality, confidentiality, and protection. (NIST 800-53, FISMA, SC InfoSec Requirements http : / / admin.sc.gov / technology / information-security / policies-and-procedures , etc.)
Skills Needed
Required Education : Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a relevant field of work or equivalent work experience.
