">Responsibilities
">The successful candidate will be responsible for:

- Providing direct patient care in accordance with established care plans ">
- Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement comprehensive care plans ">
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date medical records ">
- Communicating effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals ">
- Participating in ongoing education and training to enhance clinical knowledge and skills ">
Requirements:

- Associate degree or higher from an accredited School of Nursing ">
- Two years of RN experience, hospice experience preferred ">
- Demonstrated experience with tablets, mobile phones, and EMR software ">
