With a projected growth in 2025 of over 15%, they currently have over 120 employees and are expected to grow to 180 within the next 18 months. About the Role: The Accounts Payable Analyst will be responsible for full-cycle accounts payable processing, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in financial transactions. This role provides an excellent opportunity to contribute to a dynamic and growing organization.
Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle accounts payable for a growing, medium-sized company.
- Review, verify, and reconcile invoices, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
- Maintain vendor relationships and resolve discrepancies.
- Support month-end closing processes by ensuring accurate AP transaction recording.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance AP processes and improve efficiency.
- Utilize ERP systems such as NetSuite, SAP, or MS Dynamics for AP processing.
- Prepare reports and analysis related to accounts payable.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience: Minimum 4 years of full-cycle accounts payable experience in a medium to large-sized company.
- Industry Background: Experience in construction, manufacturing, civil engineering, homebuilding, industrial services, or similar industries preferred.
- Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with ERP systems (NetSuite, SAP, MS Dynamics, etc.) and intermediate Excel skills.
- Process Improvement: Strong analytical mindset with a focus on continuous process improvement.
- Collaboration: Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, growing organization.
Pay range and compensation package:
- Compensation: $50,000 - $60,000 annually
