We’re seeking a Billing Analyst to join our team and play a key role in ensuring accurate invoicing, streamlining billing processes, maintaining contract compliance, and supporting financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and identify inefficiencies in billing workflows; recommend and implement process enhancements to improve accuracy and efficiency.
• Prepare, review, and issue invoices with precision, ensuring all documentation is complete and submitted on time.
• Ensure all billing activities align with contract terms, pricing structures, and internal policies.
• Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies in collaboration with internal teams and clients.
• Generate and analyze billing reports, financial statements, and performance metrics to support strategic decision-making.
• Lead or support projects that contribute to the continued success of the finance and accounting teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
• 3 years of billing experience.
• Industry experience in Manufacturing, Construction, Homebuilding, Waste Services, Mining, or a similar field required.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel; experience with financial systems such as SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite.
• Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
