Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all aspects of real estate investment activity, from deal sourcing through close
• Partner with executive leadership to shape and execute growth strategies
• Develop and maintain strong industry relationships to uncover new opportunities
• Evaluate investment risks, perform financial analysis, and present recommendations
• Build, mentor, and oversee a small, agile investment team
• Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, asset management, and finance

Qualifications:

• Degreed professional with 5 years of progressive experience in real estate investment, finance, or private equity
• Strong track record of closing deals in multifamily or similar asset classes
• Deep understanding of financial modeling and investment underwriting
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and decision-making skills
• Phoenix-based or willing to relocate (relocation support available)
• Eagerness and hunger to thrive in a high-growth, start-up environment
