Process Technician
Level: Entry level to senior level positions available
Location: San Jose, California, USA
The Process Technician is responsible for operating and maintaining process development tools and assisting the process engineering team in executing different development tasks.
Qualifications:
- Technical degree in an applicable field and/or equivalent demonstrated experience working with thin film materials and devices in a development/manufacturing setting.
- Hands-on experience with thin film deposition processes and materials/device characterization tools.
- Detail-oriented self-starter with the ability to approach important projects reliably and collaboratively.
- Team player with effective collaboration, communication, and organizational abilities.
Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain process development, materials characterization, and device characterization tools.
- Execute tasks related to process development projects, delivering upon task timelines.
- Accurately and thoroughly record observations, data, and notes from process development tasks.
- Support the process engineering team.
- Support equipment/hardware troubleshooting.
- Maintain an organized work environment.
- Uphold our safety protocols, environmental regulations, and quality standards in the work environment.
