We are seeking an experienced Solar Project Coordinator to join our rapidly growing team of solar professionals. This is a great opportunity for an experienced project coordinator who is able to manage solar projects in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.
Duties and Responsibilities:
· Interact with customers and utility companies at a professional level
· Review and check the solar plans with the designers and customers
· Review layouts received from designers to ensure production, panel layout, EPBB and shading report are accurate
· Coordinate long and short term plans, including setting targets for milestones and adhering to deadlines
· Assist with quality control checks on the project throughout the development to maintain standards
· Provide complete and thorough documentation and reports upon completion of each assigned job
Qualifications:
· 2 years of experience in solar field operations/Project Coordination
· Knowledge of the NEC and applicable codes and standards to check the plans
· Knowledge of utilities requirements for meter spot in CA
· Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills
· Excellent communication and networking skills
· High proficiency with MS Excel, MS Project and/or other PM software
· Familiar with Salesforce and Dropbox
· Motivated, responsible, accountable, and punctual
