At Soleil Management, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Home Owners Association (HOA) Resident Manager to oversee the daily operations of our private gated community in West Maui.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the community's common areas, enforcing CC&Rs and HOA Bylaws, and providing exceptional customer service to our homeowners.
We require a demonstrated leader with strong management, communication, organization, problem-solving, leadership, vendor management, and technology/computer skills.
Key qualifications include at least ten years' experience managing HOAs, five years' experience managing customer A/R and vendor A/P, five years' experience managing multi-million-dollar budgets, and experience working collaboratively with a Board of Directors.
The ideal candidate will have excellent writing, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, as well as proficiency with computer applications and databases.
