About the Role: Soliant Education is seeking a skilled and passionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for an onsite position in Granite Township, MN for the 2024-2025 school year. Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments to identify the causes and functions of challenging behaviors.
- Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) based on assessment results.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of behavior intervention strategies, making adjustments as needed.
- Provide direct support to students, including individual and group therapy sessions.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to ensure the consistency and effectiveness of behavior interventions.
- Train and support school staff and parents in the implementation of behavior strategies and techniques.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of student progress and behavior data.
Requirements:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification (required).
- Masters Degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field.
- Proven experience working as a BCBA, preferably in an educational setting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent munication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to develop and implement effective behavior intervention plans.
