Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team in the semiconductor industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer relationships and driving sales within assigned accounts. This role provides strategic service and support to customers. The representative will act as a liaison and will effectively communicate and maintain high standards that meet or exceed requirements of the customer.
Responsibilities include managing overall account relationships by providing strategic service and support to the assigned customer, building long-term business partnerships, developing customer strategy in assigned account to achieve sales excellence, making decisions based on knowledge of the market, visiting customers in assigned territory, following-up on samples, quotes, close business, as well as finding new in opportunities, processing customer transactions such as orders, quotes or returns, implementing a thorough follow-up system for major customers, enter all pertinent information into CRM, preparing CRF's with complete and accurate information, generating new and repeat sales by providing product and technical information in a timely manner, determining customer requirements and expectation in order to recommend specific products and solutions, handling special projects as assigned.
Requirements:
- Some travel and customer visits
- 1 - 3 years of experience in manufacturing, preferably in electronics component sales
- Experience in high power and high voltage semiconductors and electronic systems is a plus!
- Proficient in MS Office Suite
- Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
- Able to build relationships and collaborate with existing resources
- Strong customer service and sales skills
Qualifications:
- Degree in Electronics, Sales or Business / Technical education
- 3 - 5 years of working experience in a sales environment
Schedule: Full-time / Monday - Friday
Salary: $80K - $100K Annual / Bi-Weekly Pay Schedule (Direct Deposit)
