Job Responsibilities: Superintendent
- Site safety, productivity, schedule, quality control and trade and supplier coordination.
- Work in conjunction with the Project Manager leading the project team.
- Works with the client and A&E team to ensure projects success and future relations.
- Prepares, manages, implements and updates project schedule with sequence and activity duration including procurement items.
- Ensures quality of work and materials are upheld and that the budget is followed as planned.
- Understand and Communicate to all field personnel the owner's goals regarding construction.
- Maintain positive relationships with the owners, architects, engineers and other project members.
- Ensure job safety requirements are understood and implemented at all times.
- Knowledge and understanding of construction documents and constructability as project pertains to project schedule.
- Creating & maintaining 4 week look ahead schedules on a weekly basis.
- Assist estimating in project change order takeoffs and schedule impacts.
- Coordinate punch list process and close-out procedures with P.M. and owner’s representative. Strive for all trades to maintain a “zero punch list” policy.
- Maintain clean and organized job site
- Prepare and facilitate weekly coordination meetings with subcontractors and or design team.
- Sit in and participation in AOC meetings.

- Understanding of budgets and meeting schedule dates.
- Have the understanding of all scopes of work and an understanding of QA/QC.
- Having a good working knowledge of civil construction, along with SWPPP certifications and recordkeeping.
- Ability to read in depth project drawings, specifications and submittals/shop drawings.
- Understanding how to write and submit formal RFI’S, with direction for correction and/or improvements.
- Ability to navigate through company project management software and utilize its features for field activities.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 - $78,000.00 per year
