Our client, a well established company is looking to hire an Accounting Associate to start right away! Recent graduates as well as experienced accountants will be considered!
- Position: Accounting Associate
- Office Location: Kissimmee, FL
Responsibilities:
- Perform monthly account reconciliations and process journal entries in SAP.
- Handle unclaimed property requests and related documentation.
- Monitor shared mailboxes and respond to inquiries.
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve reconciling items.
- Support process improvements and team initiatives.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial systems (SAP experience a plus).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated and detail-oriented.
