Our client is seeking a Program Manager, Employee & Workplace Experience in Mountainview CA. As a Program Manager, Employee & Workplace Experience, you will be focused on driving connection programming across our global workforce by executing regional events, a large-scale end-of-year celebration, and ongoing in-person and virtual initiatives. This role will bring strategy to life through meticulous event planning, coordination, and program execution to foster a sense of belonging and engagement among employees.

Temporary Role : Current staff is on MAT leave until end of October
Location : Mountain View, CA
Pay : $48 per hour

Responsibilities :

Execute the developed 2025 strategy for connection programming, collaborating with global teams to deliver impactful initiatives.

Plan, coordinate, and execute regional connection events (Block Parties), fostering meaningful in-person engagement at the local level.

Lead the planning and execution of a large end-of-year event, ensuring it reflects company culture and aligns with program goals.

Drive regular and ongoing connection opportunities throughout the year, leveraging both in-person and virtual programming to strengthen relationships.

Manage logistics, timelines, and budgets to ensure the seamless delivery of connection programs and events.

Partner with cross-functional teams to tailor programming to regional needs while maintaining consistency with the overall strategy.

Develop communication plans to effectively promote programs, engage employees, and ensure program visibility and participation.

Monitor and analyze program success metrics, gathering insights to inform future strategies.

Qualifications :

5 years of experience in program management, event planning, or employee engagement.

Strong experience planning and executing large-scale events, both in-person and virtually.

Exceptional project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple programs and priorities simultaneously.

Excellent written communication skills, including crafting announcements and marketing materials, with strong interpersonal abilities to collaborate effectively with diverse global teams.

Experience developing and managing budgets, timelines, and vendor relationships.
