For more information, visit SolomonEdwards Position Summary : We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented contractor to support our banking client’s operations team with key responsibilities in digital banking services and deposit account boarding. This is a 90-day contract role designed to provide critical support in ensuring operational efficiency and excellent client service. 100% Remote. Essential Duties :

• Digital Banking Support (Primary Focus) : o Provide client support for online banking and mobile deposit services. o Manage user setup, password resets, and mobile deposit limit configurations. o Respond to client inquiries via chat and email, ensuring prompt and professional communication. o Assist clients in navigating and utilizing digital banking features effectively.
• Deposit Account Boarding (Secondary Focus) : o Input deposit account information into the core system during a transitional period before process automation is fully implemented. o Ensure accuracy and timeliness in data entry during the 2–3-week manual processing phase. Qualifications :
• Experience in digital banking operations or client support roles.
• Proficiency in handling online and mobile banking platforms.

The compensation for this specific role is based on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to, education, licensure and certifications, location, experience, and training.
