**Receptionist/Office Administrator**
We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Receptionist/Office Administrator to join our Radnor, PA team on a contract to hire basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greeting and registering visitors, monitoring logbook, and issuing visitor badges.
- Answering phones and responding to inquiries in a professional manner.
- Providing administrative support to various departments as needed.
- Assisting the Facilities Director with administrative tasks, including maintaining office supplies, handling mail and deliveries, and submitting maintenance requests.
- Coordinating meeting arrangements, setup, and cleanup.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- Previous administrative experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
- Professional presentation and strong attention to detail.
