Overview :
SOLTECH is hiring for an HR / Payroll Generalist to join a women owned business based out of Alpharetta, Georgia!
This team is lean, fast paced, and GROWING.
You will have the opportunity to lead all HR and Payroll functions, while identifying areas for improvement and using your creativity to expand operations.
Qualified candidates must be local to Atlanta and willing to go on site 5 days per week in Alpharetta, Georgia. This is a contract to hire opportunity.
Job Details :
As the sole HR / Payroll Generalist on the team, your main responsibility will be to manage a supplemental workforce and ensure that they are compliant to various client standards.
- Enforce the submittal of contractor time sheets in accordance with standard operating procedures
- Manage client billing cycles and ensure that invoices are delivered at appropriate times based upon custom payment terms for each client
- Review contractor certifications and licenses to ensure they are up to date and meet the expectations of end clients
- Manage escalated HR issues and engage senior leadership for assistance as needed
Requirements :
- Hands on experience with ADP TotalSource
- Recent experience managing a supplemental workforce and large volume of contract workers
- SHRM certification highly preferred
- Proven ability to enhance and build processes around time sheet and invoice operations
- Experience leading onboarding and off boarding duties including i9 verification, background checks, and more
