Full job description
Job Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Complete all required reports and property files in an accurate and timely
- Working with outside contractors
- Maintain work orders on all maintenance requests and respond to those
- Process invoices
- Process applications
- Draft leases and management agreements
- Ensure that properties are cleaned and made-ready after move-outs.
- Ensure all collections of rents, deposits, and misc. income is posted on a daily basis.
- Maintain a high level of resident satisfaction and work with lease renewals each month.
- Ensure that residents are provided with a clean, safe and well-maintained property.
- Maintaining satisfactory collections and occupancy as set forth by management.
- Review, approve and process all applicable repairs.
- Review monthly income and expense reports and report on any variance.
