Labor Compliance Intern

Position Responsibilities and Duties: 

• Assist in monitoring and interpreting federal, state, and local labor laws and regulations.  

• Support the development and implementation of company-wide labor compliance policies and procedures.  

• Participate in conducting audits and assessments of company practices to identify areas of non-compliance.  

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address labor compliance issues and implement corrective actions.  

• Help maintain accurate records and documentation related to labor compliance efforts.  

• Provide administrative support for training and educational programs on labor laws and company policies.  

• Assist with research projects related to emerging trends and best practices in labor compliance.  

• Handle basic inquiries from employees regarding labor compliance questions and concerns.  

• Contribute to the preparation of reports and presentations for senior management and regulatory agencies.  

• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor.  

Minimum Skills or Experience Requirements: 

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.  

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.  

• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.  

• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

Compensation Range:

$20.00 - $22.00
