Position Responsibilities and Duties:
Assist in monitoring and interpreting federal, state, and local labor laws and regulations.
Support the development and implementation of company-wide labor compliance policies and procedures.
Participate in conducting audits and assessments of company practices to identify areas of non-compliance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address labor compliance issues and implement corrective actions.
Help maintain accurate records and documentation related to labor compliance efforts.
Provide administrative support for training and educational programs on labor laws and company policies.
Assist with research projects related to emerging trends and best practices in labor compliance.
Handle basic inquiries from employees regarding labor compliance questions and concerns.
Contribute to the preparation of reports and presentations for senior management and regulatory agencies.
Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor.
