FULL DESCRIPTION : Duties of the position include a variety of responsibilities that fall under team supervision, project and team capacity management, and client portfolio management. The role of this position is to ensure clients' relationships are maintained, project deliverables are met while cultivating an efficient and effective team. This is an in-office position in San Diego, California. This position may be required to travel to maintain client relations and to ensure projects are overseen successfully. The selected candidate will be responsible for : Team Supervision -Lead & manage teams to ensure teams are meeting project deliverables & approving adjustments to standard operating procedure (SOP). -Brief and debrief teams to ensure understanding of oversight requirements from project assignment to close out. -Oversee and provide support to Team Leads to ensure clients' satisfaction and to minimize liability. -Monitor team members' performance and productivity. -Provide guidance, training, and performance feedback to team members. Complete performance evaluations. -Implement strategies to improve team morale and overall performance. Team Capacity Management -Maintain Demand Plan for teams. -Communicate the capacity and need for more personnel. Ensure maintenance of team billable percentages. -Work with Team Leads to verify project progress and proper team assignments / distribution of work. Project Management -Strong familiarity with project requirements; ability to verify standard operating procedure is aligned. -Oversee smooth transition from project assignment to project oversight maintenance to close out. -Verify proper project setup, including introduction and providing initial information. Attend Kick Off Meetings, if necessary. -Facilitate communication between clients and teams to achieve project objectives. -Interface with clients when escalation and / or adjustments are necessary. -Proactively identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies. -Notify team when projects are paused and / or follow up on Change Order progress. -A minimum of 30% billable time; depending on number of teams supervised. Client Management -Nurture relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and continued business. This includes understanding client needs, addressing concerns, providing support, delivering value, managing expectations, fostering trust, and facilitating communication to sustain positive and long-lasting partnerships. Ensure all client deliverables are met and all client files are properly tracked for recordkeeping purposes.
