The Impact You'll Make in this Role

As Charlotte Plant Finance Analyst, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by :

• Ensuring compliance to Global Financial Standards and Statutory requirements
• Supporting month end closing activities and costing activities
• Regularly measuring and assessing of plant performance (weekly / monthly / quarterly) to predict results and propose corrective actions to meet targets
• Working directly with manufacturing leaders and provides proactive support for plant performance analysis and optimization as well as finance training to the plant team
• Actively participating at the plant decision making process with plant leadership team and Global Dental Segment stakeholders
• Preparing annual budgeting
• Preparing CAPEX financial return on investments analysis
• Supporting ad hoc projects
• Monitoring external economic factors to support management decision process

Applicable to US Applicants Only : The expected compensation range for this position is $94,018 - $114,911, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and / or experience.
