What are the responsibilities and job description for the Aftercare Counselor position at Somerset Academy Miramar?
We’re looking for a friendly and energetic individual to join our team as an After Care Leader/Counselor at our K-8 charter school! In this part-time role, you'll supervise and engage with groups of students in our aftercare program, which serves kids from kindergarten through 8th grade.
What You’ll Do:
- Supervise and interact with students in aftercare.
- Organize and lead fun activities.
- Ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for the kids.
Schedule:
- Work from 1:30 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. on school days.
- Opportunities to work during our summer camp, which includes supervising students, organizing activities, and accompanying them on field trips.
Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years old.
