This Player/Coach role involves managing a full sales desk while leading and developing a high-performing team in the accounting and finance vertical. You’ll drive revenue growth, expand market presence, and ensure profitability, balancing leadership with personal production.
Key Responsibilities:
- Full Sales Desk Management: Drive cold outreach, email campaigns, client meetings, and new business generation specifically within the accounting and finance sector.
- Business Development: Lead efforts to grow market presence and revenue in the accounting and finance vertical through individual and team initiatives.
- Team Leadership & Development: Attract, hire, and mentor top-tier sales talent with a focus on the accounting and finance market, motivating the team to exceed goals.
- Profitability & Performance Management: Balance leadership with individual sales to ensure market profitability and success in the accounting and finance space.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate long-term client relationships with accounting and finance professionals to maximize repeat business and market expansion.
Ideal Candidate:
- Sales & Leadership Experience: 5 years in sales or staffing with a proven track record of growth and team development, preferably within accounting and finance staffing.
