The Property Manager will manage a portfolio of properties, including maintaining rental agreements, processing referrals, and advertising available properties. The ideal candidate has previous experience with property management, preferably within an affordable housing environment, and bilingual in Spanish. The position will require travel to various sites in a single borough every day.
Requirements:
- 6 years of Property Management experience
- Bilingual in Spanish and English
- Affordable housing / HUD experience
Preferred Skills:
- 5 years of Property management experience
Compensation: $80,000 - $100,000
