- Architecture & Implementation: Develop scalable, high-availability telecom architectures; lead end-to-end infrastructure projects.
- Optimization: Monitor system performance and apply advanced telecom technologies to improve efficiency, reliability, and security.
- Security & Compliance: Conduct regular assessments, implement security strategies, and maintain regulatory compliance.
- Incident Response: Oversee critical telecom incidents, provide advanced troubleshooting, and act as final escalation point.
- Leadership & Mentorship: Guide and mentor telecom admins; advise IT leadership on telecom solutions.
- Collaboration & Integration: Work with IT teams to ensure seamless integration of telecom with networks, servers, and security.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain detailed telecom documentation; present performance and project reports to IT leadership.
- Education: Bachelor’s in IT, Telecommunications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience: 6–8 years in telecom administration and architecture; proven leadership on large-scale UCaaS/CCaaS projects.
- Skills:
- Strong VOIP, TCP/IP, and routing knowledge.
- Proficiency in telecom configuration (call-trees, queues) and network troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with voice/data cabling and Wi-Fi.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
