Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with policy inquiries, coverage details, and claims processes
- Process policy renewals, endorsements, and cancellations
- Provide quotes and explain coverage options to clients
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Ensure compliance with insurance regulations and company policies
- Support the sales team with client follow-ups and documentation
- Delivering excellent customer service through phone, email, and in-person interactions
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in an insurance customer service role
- Must hold a 2-20 or 4-40 Insurance License (Florida)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and insurance software systems
