Role Description: Accounting Assistant
We are seeking a part-time Accounting Assistant for our Ponte Vedra Beach, FL office. This on-site position will play a key role in managing our financial operations, ensuring accurate bookkeeping, and assisting with various accounting and finance tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain financial statements.
- Utilize accounting software to manage day-to-day accounting activities.
- Handle general bookkeeping and assist with finance-related tasks.
- Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in preparing financial statements, accounting, and bookkeeping.
- Experience with accounting software (QuickBooks, Sage, or similar).
- Strong knowledge of finance principles.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
