Senior Pricing Operations and Excellence Manager

As the Global Pricing Manager, you will drive best practices and governance in transactional pricing, profit leakage management, and pricing process improvements across core products, accessories, and services. You’ll partner with Sales, Country, and Marketing leaders to deploy, enhance, and sustain standard pricing & margin management processes globally.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead pricing governance and continuously improve processes for pricing and profit leakage on hearing instruments, accessories, and services
  • Work with country sales leadership to balance price increases with sales growth for profit maximization
  • Drive KPI tracking and reporting, collaborating with global and country functions to ensure pricing excellence
  • Define and implement improvement action plans, focusing on price realization and key business areas
  • Foster a sales-driven culture, ensuring strategic pricing aligns with business goals and customer value
  • Identify and execute smart solutions for continuous improvement in pricing performance


More about you:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • 5 years of experience in Pricing with demonstrated progression
  • Prior experiece in a similar industrywith a similar distribution structure and price negotiations
  • Strong sales process understanding and a sales-driven mindset are essential
  • Excellent analytical skills with expertise in pricing modeling, scenario designing, and business intelligence tools
  • A background in sales/commercial operations, ideally at the country level or higher, is highly beneficial
  • Proven ability to drive change and manage cross-functional teams to achieve results


A minimum of 200Mb/sec download and 10Mb/sec upload speed internet connectivity is required to support any remote/hybrid employee functionality at Sonova

This role's pay range is between: $117,600-$170,000. This role is also bonus eligible.
