Clinical Trainer - Smoky Mountains

- Promote and demonstrate new solutions during product launch trainings.
- Support sales of all products within the region, with a primary emphasis on Sales Representative accounts.
- Conduct needs analysis and provide tailored product solutions for accounts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers in your region.
- Collaborate with sales teams to ensure customer needs are met through personal or group training.
- Provide remote support via phone and e-learning as required.
- Represent Phonak at national, state, and regional meetings, and at consumer marketing events like Open Houses.
- Achieve required customer visits per week and maintain accurate documentation in CRM system.
- Manage territory within OPEX guidelines and maintain expense reporting weekly.
- Act as a mentor to new Clinical Training employees.
- Willingness to travel up to 75% overnight.
- Education: Au.D or Master’s Degree in Audiology required.
- Experience: 3 years in hearing aid sales or dispensing, clinical or territory sales/training role. Phonak experience is a plus.
- Skills: Strong problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
- Knowledge: Proficient in hearing aid technology and industry practices.
- Other Qualities: Self-driven, organized, a team player, and strong follow-through abilities.
- Tech: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
- Competitive salary range of $85,000 – $110,000, plus commission/bonus opportunities.
