Order Entry Associate II

- May perform any or all of the following functions
- Entering new VA ZORI orders
- Visually inspect orders and products
- Fully check each order for accuracy, including compatibility and reading/interpreting/applying notes
- Utilize SAP to locate most current impressions on file for the patient for orders requesting to use the scans on file
- Enter supply orders when requested by the customers (boxes, bags, shipping labels, etc…)
- Utilize SFDC to create cases and emails to notify customers when a request cannot be fulfilled, to instruct the clinic to order extra items in ROES, or to notify the clinic of a rush order status
- Be responsible for watching all rush orders and emailing expediting if needed, to ensure the order ships on time
- Attend and actively participate in all required Daily Management Meetings
- Active participation in all quality improvement processes

- Maintain workstation in a clean, safe and orderly manner
- Adapt to various tasks as business needs require
- Well organized; Detail oriented
- 1-3 years of data entry experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
- Willingness to work in a team environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ITE Production Associate, or BTE Production Associate position
- Must be able to speak, read, and write in English
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, SAP or other ERP system experience a plus
- Excellent vision to read small font
- Ability to sit for 7 hours a day
- Ability to type on a keyboard
- Lift weight up to 20 pounds
- Flexibility to various positions as business needs require
