We are seeking a dedicated and organized Patient Care Coordinator to join our healthcare team. Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for patients, addressing inquiries and providing information regarding services.
- Schedule patient appointments and manage the calendar to optimize office efficiency.
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure all documentation is up-to-date.
- Assist with insurance verification and billing inquiries.
- Coordinate communication between patients, healthcare providers, and administrative staff.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and maintain patient confidentiality.
- Support the medical or dental team with administrative tasks as needed.
Skills
- Front desk experience preferred but not required
- Experience in medical administrative support, preferably within a medical or dental office environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to foster positive relationships with patients and colleagues.
- Familiarity with office management software and electronic health records (EHR) systems is a plus.
