As a Human Resources Generalist, you'll be a key player in supporting the growth and success of our HR department, assisting with a variety of essential HR functions. Responsibilities
- HR Partnership :
Work under the guidance of the Sr HR Business Partner to provide HR expertise on employee relations, performance management, talent development, and organizational effectiveness, aligning initiatives with business goals and fostering a positive workplace culture.
Partner with hiring managers to attract and recruit qualified candidates for open positions. You'll play a crucial role in screening resumes, facilitating interviews, and guiding candidates through the hiring process, all while collaborating with departments to ensure we find the right fit for our teams.
Support the administration of competitive compensation, benefits, and rewards programs designed to attract and retain top talent. Address employee inquiries about benefits and assist in ensuring our programs align with company objectives.
Support talent management processes alongside Strategic Business Partners. You'll assist managers in creating plans for employee growth and development, helping to drive engagement across the organization.
Serve as a resource for employees, providing guidance on HR policies, addressing questions, and resolving issues as they arise. Support organizational restructuring as needed, conduct investigations to ensure fair and consistent practices as required, manage employee disciplinary steps, and terminations as necessary.
Understand and maintain up-to-date knowledge of legal requirements and best practices to help ensure our HR policies are always compliant, and employees adhere to federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
Assist in the administration of various HR programs, including rewards and recognition initiatives, employee engagement activities, and employee training and development programs.
Stay current on the latest trends in HR, talent management, and employment law. Bring fresh ideas to the table and actively contribute to the continuous improvement of our HR processes and practices.
Contribute to other HR-related tasks and special projects as needed, supporting the overall success of the department and the organization.

The anticipated annual base salary for this position is $97,000 to $128,000. This range does not include any other compensation components or other benefits that an individual may be eligible for. The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and / or from which they will be performing the job.
In addition to a competitive base salary this position is also eligible for a bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package including healthcare benefits (medical, dental, and vision), paid medical leave after three months of employment, a 401k plan with matching company contributions, vacation time, education assistance, student loan assistance program, eighty hours of paid sick leave time annually, and up to twelve weeks paid parental leave.
