Overview
Growing Outpatient Mental Health Agency is looking for a Community Treatment Aide (CTA) to assist in working with children and families. The CTA will work directly with a therapist and provide a variety of services including: enhancing skills, provide education on mental health diagnoses, teach parenting skills and coping skills.
Duties
- Work directly with children and families either in-home or office.
- Attend weekly supervision with therapist.
- Provide wrap-around care with other supports.
- Perform other duties as assigned to meet the needs of the organization.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; AA or Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Knowledge or work experience in working in the mental health field.
