The Opportunity: Print & Promotional Inside Sales Specialist


This role will focus on supporting both new and existing customers, driving transactional and solution-based sales. You will act as a dedicated advocate for our customers, becoming a subject matter expert in the print and promotional product category, while ensuring our organization is well-positioned to secure profitable deals. Their specialist sales team works directly with businesses of all sizes, offering tailored products and services to meet their specific needs.


What You Will Do:


  • Achieve a high conversion rate of sales opportunities while adhering to established margin guidelines.
  • Support our key customer accounts by collaborating with Account Managers and strategic account teams (managing accounts up to a significant annual revenue) to secure both one-time and recurring projects.
  • Effectively manage and prioritize multiple lead channels, including inbound inquiries and assigned leads.
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our specialized print and promotional product offerings, pricing structures, and available solutions.
  • Maintain a robust sales pipeline within our CRM system, adhering to standard operating procedures to ensure timely and appropriate follow-up on all opportunities.
  • Foster strong collaboration and partnerships with various internal teams, including the broader sales organization, merchandising, and vendor relations.
  • Effectively educate customers on relevant features and benefits of our online platform and product offerings within the print and promotional category.
  • Successfully drive net sales growth and increase our share of customer spending by consolidating business from competitors and building trusted advisor relationships with key accounts and their related locations.

Basic Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience in sales or customer service.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • In-depth knowledge of print and promotional products and services.
  • Experience with business-to-business sales processes.
  • Previous experience in virtual selling or relevant professional experience (or related education).

    Salary : $48,000 - $57,600
