Finance Analyst

Role Description

This position focuses on enhancing organizational financial performance and operational effectiveness. Key responsibilities include:

• Contributing to strategies that aim to boost revenue, streamline workflows, minimize expenditures, and improve overall business performance.
• Collaborating with management to achieve financial and strategic goals through the application of financial planning and analysis methodologies.
• Assisting in the execution of corporate financial planning, analysis, and reporting activities within operational domains.
• Overseeing the regional annual budget planning process and associated tools.
• Aiding regional management in the preparation of monthly and quarterly business performance reviews for senior leadership.
• Providing support to the regional finance team during monthly financial closing procedures.
• Working with shared service teams to ensure accurate and timely monthly financial closures.
• Designing and implementing analytical tools and processes to meet evolving business needs.
• Conducting analyses of client incentive programs and providing actionable recommendations.
• Offering cross-functional support to various departments on local and enterprise-wide projects.
• Developing financial models and performing custom analytical tasks.
• Completing other assigned tasks.

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree in accounting or finance is mandatory.
• A master's degree in business administration is preferred.
• At least one year of experience in financial or business analysis, or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
